Five Pearls Academic Scholarship

All directions below must be followed or the application will be disqualified. All interested applicants need to complete and submit the following: 

1. Official sealed transcripts with proof of a cumulative GPA of 2.75

2. Personal Information Sheet 

3. Personal Essay (maximum two pages), typed

4. Activities Record detailing your extracurricular activities, community involvement and volunteer experiences

5. One Letter of Recommendation 

• Application is due by by mail April 30, 2025.

• This scholarship will award an eligible recipient $1,000.
